We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great as it was close to the shopping street, and transportation was easily accessible. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were amazing. We also appreciated the complimentary parking, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast served was delicious, especially the Italian and Western-style breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a bustling shopping street with plenty of restaurants and shops. the staff provides excellent service with a smile, and the rooms have a comfortable size to accommodate families. the cooked breakfast is delicious, with a quality western style menu.

The sound insulation in the rooms could be improved as noise from the street and walkway can be heard.

Celebrating Christmas in this hotel was an amazing experience. The location was perfect, situated near shops and restaurants, and easy to get to various tourist attractions. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with any questions we had during our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy with a beautiful modern design.

One minor inconvenience was the small gaps in the curtains that left us feeling slightly uneasy about the room's privacy. some of the rooms seemed to have discrepancies in size, which caused confusion among our group.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location of the hotel is fantastic - it is in the heart of the main area, surrounded by restaurants and shops. It was so convenient to explore Karuizawa's tourist attractions as there were buses and taxis easily accessible from the hotel. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Lastly, the rooms were lovely with a great view of St Pauls Church and the basic amenities were all provided. The breakfast served was also delicious and had a good variety of options.
